AZTEC ICONICO is registered and graded with both ANCCE in Spain and the AES.

Born in 2017, this 16hh stallion is UK bred and was the first cremello PRE foal to be born outside of Spain.

His sire is Pomelo V, by the well known Revoltoso XXIX, and his dam is by the equally well known Claudio Vives.

Noted for his superb conformation, Iconico has a compact frame and powerful hindquarters, coupled with uphill, elastic paces with a natural balanced trot and good length of stride. He has a great temperament which he is passing on to his foals, along with his fabulous movement. His first foal has now passed the strict ANCCE grading procedure and is approved for breeding.

Iconico competed in the first International ANCCE Virtual Morpholoical Contest in 2020. He was 3rd in the 3 year old colts class, and also won best movement in his class. He was the highest placed UK PRE in the whole competition.

He gained a Silver Premium with AES, and his 2025 colt foal was awarded Gold Premium.

He has previously competed in the MCI European Dressage League.

Judges have highlighted his willingness to work, confidence and quick learning ability.

Being a double dilute, he will always produce a dilute foal - palomino (guaranteed from chestnut mares), buckskin or smokey black. His offspring are eligible for registration with BAPSH & AES, plus ANCCE for PRE mares.

He is currently the only graded cremello PRE stallion standing at public stud in the UK.
